I'm usually terrible at sticking to any sort of diet or exercise program but for some reason I wasn't able to stick with this one all the way to the end. The weirdest thing is I actually found it enjoyable and not a chore like I normally do. I managed to lost almost 30 pounds by the end of it and definitely look a lot more toned than before. Loving it!

I'm on the 3rd week now and have lost 5 pounds up to now. Definitely gotten better results with this than other workout programs/diets I've tried!

130 quid is quite an investment for a training course but this was definitely worth the money for me. I've lost a good bit of weight and also feel stronger and healthier all round. Would definitely recommend to others.

Before I started this program I felt a little bit overwhelmed by how much weight I had to lose. 2 stone might not sound like a lot but I really love my food and didn't want to have to start counting calories. The great thing about this program is that the meal plans are realistic and don't make you cut out treats altogether. By sticking to the diet plan and doing the work out videos I lost 2 stone by the end of the 12 weeks

I already go to the gym but I wanted a good exercise program I could do from home too. This definitely provides a good workout and it's good that you don't have to have loads of workout equipment to do it..

I'm usually not very good at sticking to programs but this one was definitely a cut above. The nutritional plans are great and I especially like that they have a separate plan for women. The workout videos are really good too and definitely keep you motivated

I've always fantasized about being in great shape but like most people I was too lazy to actually work for it. Well I finally decided that I was going to dedicate myself to that goal at the beginning of the year. I looked at the other courses that were out there but decided that this one was the best for me. After 12 weeks of hard work I have definitely reaped the rewards. I've gotten compliments on my physique from a lot of different people and feel more confident than ever

A lot of people slate exercise programs because they can't stick to them. I can say without a doubt that this one works, but you obviously have to stick to it. I love how you target different parts of the body on different days. Really helps to break it up so it doesn't get boring. Feel much fitter and stronger after 12 weeks and will prob stick to the diet in the long run.

I've struggled with my weight from a young age and have never been able to stick to any diets in the long term. However this program was perfect for me. The great nutritional plan and super motiving videos featuring Justin were just what I needed to get me out of my rut. Would recommend to men and women of any age.

I assumed it would be impossible to lose a lot of weight whilst also toning up but I was wrong. I'd let my weight creep up on my for a good few years and was 4 stone overweight when I was started the program. After 12 weeks I'm now 2 stone lighter and look more toned and muscular than ever!

I started transformation challenge wanting to get more toned than anything. I've always been a bit of a skinny guy so I wanted to put on a bit of muscle and just generally get. The diet plan is also really good and doesn't require you to torture yourself by eating tiny meals like a lot of other plans out there. Highly recommended.

Like a lot of other people who've tried to lose weight I've done almost every type of diet and exercise routine you can think of with little to no results. This program really got me results though. Justin is a great motivator and the 4 work out videos included in the course are brilliant. I also like the fact that there are special diet plans for men and women. Overall a really great course.

I don't usually write reviews but I had to for this. Doing the transformation challenge helped me lose loads of weight and also get more toned. I can wear more revealing clothes now without feeling self conscious. Thanks a million Justin!

When I bought Transformation Challenge I wasn't really overweight but I definitely needed to improve my fitness. I'd get out of breath just for simple thing like running to catch a bus. Anyway after finishing the course I am now much more toned and just feel much fitter all round. This has been great for my confidence and general happiness. 5 stars from me!

After my daughter was born 6 months ago, I really struggled to struggled to shed the baby weight that I was carrying. I tried regular dieting but I still had a bit of a belly but after completing this program I was able to get a body that is even better than before I was pregnant!
