I bought a Lureflash Wellington bag in December 2012 and the zip broke on the very first use....cheap white metal type zips. I sent it back for comments and evaluation and received a lethargic uninterested response. The quality of the Wellington bag was extremely poor but the Customer Service response and the response of a Director was even poorer if that is possible.
