Placed an order with them on 02/05/10 said on website it would take 3-5 days and would be out for delivery on 07/05/12 as this was a bank holiday gave them the benefitbofvthe doubt when it didn't arrive also wasn't too concerned when it didn't show up on the 08/05/12 or 09/05/12 however when it still didn't turn up on 10/05/12 I contacted them and was informedvitemsvwerent in stock have wasted days waiting for this order with no communication from them really poor customer service have tried to...

I "use" shop for couple of years now,all my Eheim filters are perfect,i've got 3 of them and they work for as less as a £1 a day {external} highly recommend.I like idea of shop selecting best produce for us not just anyone!Had an issue with Ozone, very quickly solved by the shop, no problem? Prices are very good, as well as delivery,and the best of all information about possible delays ,Thank You.I'm very careful with reviews, but after years i think this is the best aquatic online shop in UK,...

Having torn what's left of my hair out listening to the awful drone of the biOrb pump that came with my biOrb Flow 30L I came across Charterhouse Aquatics in a Google search for a quieter pump. The reviews helped me to identify the Eheim 3701. I ordered it and an intelligent light and in less than 24 hours, with no postage costs, my items arrived. Brilliant. Just how on-line shopping should work. Will be using you again although I wish you were in Bristol so that I could pop over to seek advice....

“Next Day Delivery from Charterhouse Aquatic is a con”

Ordered from Charterhouse Aquatic on two occasions in the last months mainly because they offer Next Day Delivery service but the items were never delivered on the next day as the delivery company they are using Interlink is not guarantee to deliver on the next day. Charterhouse Aquatic did despatch the items on time l must say but l feel they should not advertise Next Day delivery if they can not guarantee for it....

right where do i begin bought a skimmer it was faulty the pump kept stopping after a while i tried hard to work it i emailed them several times about it too. i sent it back they sent it to d&d to test......... In the mean time this took ages i had to buy a new skimmer they then told me it works fine and i cant have a refund or even an exchange I DID NOT USE THE PRODUCT EITHER. SO I SHOULD BE WELL IN MY RIGHTS TO HAVE A REFUND OR EXCHANGE.............. aparently it was an airlock and thats not considered...

I bought one of these which was delivered yesterday, it's fantastic! Within an hour of installing all my fish look really happy, the filter seems to have breathed life into the water and in turn the fish, I'm so pleased :-). I have always wanted to try an Eheim, but having had filters that come with the tank I haven't used one until now. They are brilliant, well made, they feel robust, it has three separate compartments to put whatever media/sponges you like, you can move the jet to wherever you...

Charterhouse Aquatics have been fantastic. I ordered the Red Sea Max 130D as its a great plug and play product. Charterhouse were friendly and the product arrived the next day. I followed up with questions on various other aspects and the staff were fantastic and very helpful and honest. I ended up ordering more products to complete my set up. I would highly recommend Charterhouse as they deliver on what is promised. I will 100% use them again should I need any other bits....
