Ordered nano pump del fast next day del very happy, tried new pump did not work called them straight away and told no more in stock. I was told to fill a form online and posted back to them at my own extra cost waited a week and called to see if they had got it, advised would have to send off to check it would be a week. I advised I was told would have new sent out straight away as per manager. Waited 48hrs no pump called back told not ordered correctley and would resend new pump with next day del. I ask them for tracking number which an email came that night and had the original tracking number from first pump allowed 72hrs for delivery Friday 15 june 2012 still no pump called number 5:05pm call minder of a mobile states message box is full and you are unable to leave message.
This seams to be a great place to pay for a service and I paid for next day delivery but the lies and excuses make this a number one place NOT to buy from be very careful of this business and parting with your well earned money.
I have lost £50 worth of coral due to this company and I've had to save £150 worth of stock.
