Purchased 2 L128, lost one within hours of receiving them, it didn’t look great in the bag but still alive (barely), they messaged me before shipping showing fin damage asking me if i was ok with that, but obviously it was a lot more than that, the second seems ok for now

AVOID ! I set the tank up from the scratch buying everything from Abbys and followed every single advice they gave me… I bought 27 fish altogether and they started to die one after another, 16 died, 11 is still alive… addressed the issue with Abbys and their owner but was told that it’s because of the stress… after few more deaths I have noticed a white poo in few of the fish… informed him about it but he ignored it… so I went to the local breeder to check it under the microscope and he found two parasites: spironucleosis and chilodonella, informed him about it but he ignored it once again. Fish kept dying so I requested a full refund and offered to bring remaining fish back as they were most probably infected as well… email after email was ignored so I’ve open a case in the court. He open the case as well against me wanting £300 for the time I was talking to his staff and himself… how ridiculous and unbelievable that is ! AVOID THIS PLACE PLEASE

Bought 3 fish this week, a Queen Angel, Passers Angel and a French Angel - the fish are amazing as is the shop - I've never seen a shop with such a choice of fish. I've been shopping here for 15 years and they just get better and better they are amazing. Really good attentive staff as well very friendly and really helpful

Took my three year old along with me to Abyss to buy a new fish tank. She was absolutely enthralled with the Nemo Clown Fish. I was actually impressed with the no. and variety of fish they had for sale. Including a £5000 fish!!!! WOW! Bought myself a tank which was 50% off and bagged some reasonably priced Clown fish to go with it. I was given alot of advice about keeping marine fish and helpful hints that should keep my daughter happy for years to come. I'll be going back for water every couple of weeks. I will become a regular customer.
