Had my quingo sports for nearly 3 years. I am virtually unable to walk but I can and do take my cocker spaniel for 5 - 6 miles run every day. Using cycle tracks, farm tracks, across fields and with her sitting between my feet I can travel safely on ordinary roads. I enjoy this and my dog looks forward to her run as soon as I get out of bed each day. Without the reliability, power and ease of use over all terrains of my Quingo sports scooter I would simply not be able to do any of this. (read more)

I had a gentleman from Quingo visit my home. It took me 2 hours to get the price out of him and it was absolutely ridiculous (£3000+). He was extremely pushy and it was difficult to get him to leave once we had said no (I am 76 and my wife is 81, we don't much like confrontation). I asked my local mobility shop about them and apparently they are only sold by Quingo direct (not in shops) and all service work has to be carried out by them and they then have a monopoly on what they can... Dear Mr Hanham
We are very sorry to hear of your experience with your Quingo demonstration. We have thoroughly searched our booking system and have no records of anyone having taken an official Quingo demonstration with your name.
It may be that you have not used your real name.
Even if this is the case we urge you to contact our Customer Services Manager on 01582 430900 at your earliest convenience.
We always encourage feedback including any negative comments but we also appreciate the opportunity to resolve issues. We have literally thousands of very happy customers, we know because we survey every one of them including those who do not buy.
For the record, we have strict procedures which govern the demonstration process.
Step 1: We assess every customer to ensure they are safe and able to use scooter safely.
Step 2: We assess the needs of every customer to ensure we supply the correct model suited to those requirements.
Step 3: Only at this stage are we then able to initiate a meaningful conversation regarding the costs and the options for payment.
However prices for all our models are freely available on our literature and online at our website.
With regard the 3 year warranty, this in fact covers ALL electrical or mechanical failure over the entire warranty period. As is standard practice it does not include consumable items. We believe your local dealer clearly had an invested interest in making your believe otherwise.
Finally, the reason you cannot buy Quingo in any mobility shops or online is precisely because many local businesses are unable to provide a level of pre and post sale customer support that we believe all customers deserve and should expect. We operate nationwide with the same high quality product and service throughout.
We very much hope you will take the time to contact us and look forward to speaking with you.
Many thanks, The Forever Active Team.

I recentley had to call Quingo because the right hand indicator stopped working on my Quingo Vittesse & a few other teething problems and they sent out a Nice Engineer who was friendly & very attentive & listened whilst I told him what was wrong & he immediately rectified all problems even though my initiall problem was the right indicator. Sorry I cannot remember his name but I just want to say a very big THANK YOU! for getting me driving again & for restoring my confidence to drive again.... (read more)

My Dad was dying of lung cancer and my Mum thought as he was finding it more "very nice" man from Quinco came over and basically frightened my Mum into paying £2700 for a scooter that he promised cold not tip over. Rubbish obviously as anything will tip over if at the right angle/speed etc. Now very ill my Dad used it to go out on to a local restaurant for a family meal. Poorly made and designed as it was my Dad cut his leg on a sharp part of the scooter so badly he had to seek medical... (read more)
