“Ripped off!”

My 77 year old mother bought a second hand TGA scooter from Mobility Giant costing £1495. She has been waiting weeks for the basket it was meant to come with. It had a broken part which was not visible unless you were able to lay on the ground and look underneath (her son in law did). The speedo did not work and therefore she does not know how far she has travelled on that battery charge. Recently hired a scooter from Mobility Giant, after having troubles with a renting from another large company recently i was skeptical about renting again but mobility giant and the kind gentlemen on the phone (Larry was his name) made hiring a scooter really easy. “Very quick delivery”

I was after a scooter for my Mother and wasn't too sure what was best for her. Spotted the company online and called them up for some advice. They were very helpful and talked me through which models would suit my Mother and the area in which she lives in. They recommended a Pride Go Go and said they could deliver within the next few days - I decided to go with the Go Go and they processed my order pretty quickly, within my budget too which was very pleased with! “Mobility Giant's Breeze scooter for my father”

We recently had to buy a scooter for my dad who has just had his foot amputated due to diabetes. The TGA Breeze 4S scooter we bought from Mobility Giant was exactly what he needed. We searched the net for the best deal and Mobility Giant was the best priced company. The scooter arrived on the 5th day after ordering it and was in really good condition. The only thing was that he wanted a bigger basket but they sent us one the next day. (read more)

Called Mobility Giant on a monday morning to place an order for a mobility scooter. Being a first time buyer i wasn't too sure what as to what machine would be best suited for my hilly and uneven roads around my local town. I purchased a Rascal lightweight 8 from Mobilitygiant in March. After waiting 9 days (for a delivery that was supposed to turn up within 5 days) I decided to contact the company. Firstly I spoke to a gentleman named Larry, who assured me the Scooter would be delivered the next day. I didn't leave the house all day, and by 4pm there was still no sign of a scooter.
