This is the first time I have written a review because I thought the service and care provided by the people here was excellent. From the first phone call to my last appointment they have made me feel warm and welcome. I had used my previous hearing aid centre for years and they hardly ever carried out any new hearing tests or made me feel welcome, I used to feel like I was a pain by asking them lots of questions. “Thanks, I can hear again!”

I thought I was going deaf and I was right. I visited Simon and the team for a free hearing test and found out that I was suffering from mild hearing loss, they recommended a hearing aid for my left ear. At first I was nervous and worried about people seeing it. Simon gave me a lot of support and found a really small hearing aid which is almost invisible. “Excellent Free Advice - would recommend”

I wasn't sure if I needed or if I would like wearing a hearing aid so it was reassuring that when I visited Ear Hearing Aid and spoke to Simon he gave me some sound advice which really helped and put my mind at ease. I understood that my hearing was getting worse and the team explained all my solutions. Luckily I am able to hear clear again now and wear almost invisible hearing aids, I didn't realise that they would be so discrete. thanks, (read more)

Thank you to all those at Ear Hearing Aid who helped me with my hearing loss. I didn't know what to do until I spoke to the team, they helped me with a free hearing test and recommended a pair of hearing aids. I checked the internet and spoke to other companies but Ear Hearing Aid were the cheapest I could find. Thanks again to the team, I can now hear clearly again.
