Discriptions price and information was all good. The fireworks arrived on time and we were happy. The most expensive cake didn't light, we had a qualified pyrotechnic who tried 3 times it didn't light it was the 5th out of 6 in our display. The rest of the display was good no issues. My husband contated Ghengis 2 days later and explained and was advised to take photos of the fuse which wouldn't light and destroy the unused cake safely and that a refund would be arranged approx £125. He did this and sent the said photos to Ghengis and suddenly we weren't getting a refund end of story! No further discussion explanantion etc and of course we no longer had the faulty evidene!!! Bit of a wet squib on the customer service front look elsewhere in case something goes wrong. Once they have your payment customer service isn't their strong point!!!
