Valour Financial management has been really useful for me. All staff that I have dealt with have been very helpful when offering advice and importantly non judgemental! It took alot for me to admit I needed help and thankfully I made the call to this company. I now feel in more control of my finances. Was drowning in interest and payment charges, contacted Valour, they took on board what I was saying. They helped get my payments under control. They explains most things to me, however I was not fully aware of their initial charges. After I had signed the agreement, it fully became clear they take a large chunk up front and then part of your second or third payment goes towards your debts. I was in a financial struggle and called valour finance. The one conversation over the phone made me feel so much relief as they were very helpful but most importantly promised to try and freeze the interest rates on my accounts. How ever since they have taken over my accounts my interest has risen already doubling what i borrowed and the interest that was already there before i called valour and i have only been with them two months! I've been with V.F.M for about 2 & 1/2 years now and they have taken away all of the stress from me from my creditors. Before I joined V.F.M, my monthly outgoings were nearly as much as my earnings and every month I was struggling to get by. I missed payments to my creditors and my credit rating took a big hit! I am very pleased with Valour for dealing with our creditors. They take the stress out of being in financial difficulty. I really am grateful for valour financial as they have helped me. I felt like I couldn't get on with my life, as a young person, wanting to go out with my friends and do what everyone else was doing- I just couldn't do it. I have always been very sceptical of these debt management businesses. However, Valour have changed my perception completely. Efficient, helpful, friendly and have provided a good plan/solution to a problem that was causing me a lot of stress. They call me regularly and I pay one low monthly payment to my debtors directly and Valour have managed to freeze the interest so I can pay these debts off so much quicker, and be able to have some spare cash at the end of each month. Valour take your first 2 months payment as a setup fee. Therefore you will default for 2 months before anything goes to your creditors. This is much the same for all PAID DMP organisations
