Being a very private person I found it difficult to admit that I was struggling with my finances. I eventually plucked up the courage to ring Valour Financial Management and was immediately put at ease. From that very first telephone call until today I have felt that my worries are not insurmountable. The relief I felt having such professional, caring people reassuring me and taking control of my debts has been immense. They have negotiated with my creditors an affordable monthly repayment plan. I have now repaid some debts and am able to see an end to the remainder.
At all times the wonderful staff have stayed in touch via telephone or text, but I know that I can speak to someone at anytime if I am worried about anything.
