I didn't know what to do when I found out I had a large CCJ in my name. I did a google search for specialists in this field and CCJ Removal Services Ltd came up. I raised an enquiry via their website and someone got in touch within 30mins. Because my case was fairly specialist a senior member of the team called me and I explained my position in detail. He listed and was very supportive and instantly gave me hope this could be sorted. I was appointed a senior paralegal who remained my contact for the whole 14 months my case took to be heard and set aside. He kept me updated throughout it all, although 14 months sounds like a long time this was of no fault to the CCJ removal team, delays were due the courts and claimant. Nothing was never to much trouble and no question was ever to silly, I would recommend their services to anyone.

I had an issue with CCJ appearing on my credit report that I knew nothing about as all the documentation was sent to wrong address. Such a relief to find a great company that I honestly googled and called as I was stuck with a very large CCJ. I never knew what to do as in Scotland we don’t have CCJ’s therefore needed a English firm to deal with this. The team at CCJ Removal services were amazing from start to finish. They made the fees clear from day one with complete transparency and no hidden costs. I approached them with a complex situation which I had little confidence could be resolved however they really surprised me with their professionalism and commitment to removing my CCJ. I made the mistake of acting as guarantor on a tenancy for a close friend which spiralled out of control when my (friend) stopped paying the rent. I was lumbered with thousands of pounds in arrears which I paid off to keep the situation from escalating to court. After numerous attempts requests to withdraw as guarantor and end the tenancy, I was told I was legally bound by the contract until the tenant gave notice or was evicted. The tenant (my supposed friend) stopped paying the rent again and the arrears started to mount up again. Finally the estate agent decided to take action and evict him. I was facing a £6000 bill despite all my efforts to actively control the situation. I never received any official court documents notifying me of any legal proceedings until one day I receive an email from the estate agent notifying me a judgement had been made against me for £5000 which represented 50% of the liability. I had moved house a few months prior to the alleged serve date of the court documents. CCJ Removal Services made me feel at ease from the outset, told me the fees involved and the options available to me to remove the CCJ. As the judgement had already been made against me, the claimant already had the upper hand and the team really worked hard to mediate with the claimant and always had my best interests in mind. The team at CCJ removal services were able to come to an amicable agreement with the claimant and the an official order of consent to remove my CCJ was signed and submitted to the court. A few weeks later I received an official document from the court outlining that my CCJ had been set aside and removed from the public record. I really cannot recommend these guys enough. I was extremely pleased with the help I received when trying to have a wrongful CCJ removed. I was guided through it all and it was very simple. These services of course cost money, and rightfully so, as the CCJ being removed has meant I've been able to refinance my car, saving me a few thousand pounds. At the start I was sceptical that they would be able to remove my CCJ that i was issued due to missing a parking fine after moving house. I decided it was worth a risk to try and have it removed.
