He was initially recommended to me by a colleague and I cannot stress how easy he made buying the property purchase experience for us. Him and his team responded to our queries in a timely manner (always within a day) and we never once had to deal with any bank directly. His knowledge of the best and most appropriate mortgage products, especially for non-EU nationals like ourselves, made the process much more hassle free than what I could have envisioned it being! Both our actual mortgage and mortgage in principle were approved without any qualms. The mortgage in principle afforded us to move quickly once we decided to make an offer on a property and it definitely added a sense of gravitas to our offer.
