Took over 2 years to get an incorrect decision. They did not know which business sold the PPI. It was Standard Life which mis-sold it. They thought it was barclays for nearly two years then it was Standard life for a week or two, then back to barclays. Used a form from Barclays that was made out by someone else and completely redacted. The form was introduced after I was misold PPI. Seemed not to matter who was responsible for the mis-selling as they are not impartial. Very unprofessional. CEO not interested. Got some compensation from FSO for a complete shambles.
