i have an extremely negative experience with ocean capitalas a lender for my mortgage. ocean capital played BAIT AND SWITCH tactic with me and charged much higher rate and origination fee at the time of closing. i wrote it in review at bankrate because they recommend ocean capital with 5 star rating. bankrate.com declined to post my review FOR NO GOOD REASON. i feel that bankrate.com grading of mortgage lender's is biased and dishonest because they do not post negative reviews
