In my opinion you get a lot for what you pay. I've got CRM, billing, product, stock, projects etcetera all in one. You are able to set lot's of settings in Mamut.
If been using Mamut since 2007 for two different companies (on the same license). I've used office pro en office start. I am a light user: one user a time and not that much data and for that Mamut works fine.
Helpdesk is ok. On the telephone you get good support. In evening and weekends you have to wait or use tutorials.
I don't like the recent service-upgrade you have to make because of the new internet extra's which I don't use, but it will cost me more per month.

I honestly do not believe that an independent user of Mamut could ever be optimistic about the product. Either he has never worked with another product "any" would do for that test or he his aligned. I might be doing you an injustice with my comment if so sorry and please consider trying another package just to make sure Mamut deserves your praise.
