I use InvoiceBerry to send estimates and invoices to my clients since a few months and I absolutely love it. In the past I used Quickbooks and had a lot of problems with it. A friend of mine who runs a small web design agency recommended InvoiceBerry to me. I first was a bit hesitant as InvoiceBerry is completely web-based and all my invoices are saved in the cloud. But after my friend explained me all the advantages of actually saving all my invoices in the cloud I gave InvoiceBerry a try. I have to say I haven't regretted it at all. Their app is super simple to set up and it took me less than 10 minutes from signup to setting up all my clients and sending my first invoice. About 40% of my customers are repeat jobs and InvoiceBerry offers a recurring invoices function which iseasy to set up and then automatically sends the invoice every week to my customer. No more work for me after the inital setup! Great time saver!

We've started using Invoiceberry about one year ago and love it! The software is super simple to get started with and really helps us to send out invoices to our customers asap. Sometimes we invoice our customer on the same day. It used to take us 1+ week in the past. I've already recommended Invoiceberry and their great customer support to all of my business friends. Only disadvantage is that the data is stored online. But nowadays that seems to be the trend. And at least I don't have to care about backups this way.
