Still "processing" after two weeks. even though their order confirmation states:

Your order will be processed within 24hrs of receipt by our sales administration team.

Our sales administrators will confirm all items are available for despatch and should an item not be in stock they will contact you to update you with a lead time.
----
Also no response to status enquire.
