They always try to help guest feel satisfy with the trip. Tour guide was the highlight of the tour, fun and enthusiasm.

We are group of 6 adults from Japan did a tour on this boat about 3 months ago and felt excellent. The cabin on the boat is lovely with all things we need and exactly with description on their website. The food is highlight of our trip. It is delicious and gave us a lot of options. We required vegetarian food for 2 people in our group and it was perfect. The staff on this boat is excellent offer us a funny trip. I rate this boat is 4 stars because of everything. We will recommend this boat for all of our friends.

We have been on this boat in last may. Our cabin was booked via Agoda and we requested a transportation from the boat. We hoped to get nice trips in Halong bay. We stayed there for 2 nights and felt happy. Halong bay is wonderful and I would like to recommend for all to do the trip here. Back to the boat. It is small - they have 9-10 cabins and good for us because we do not want to be is the crowd. In the morning, the bus picked up on time and express departure. Tour guide was a big highlight of our tour. It is not boring with him throughout the trip. Other highlight is all the staff on this boat. They are also friendly and always smile when we meet them. Our cabin is small but clean and orderly. We have no complain about it. In generally, it is one of our best trip in SE.

First off, the shuttle bus picked us up at our Hotel. It was a little late! We then started our drive towards Ha long bay which takes three and half hours. These days Hanoi is very hot, we were quite uncomfortable, because we were not used to the heat and the humidity, but once aboard the boat, it was different from being on land because of the wind from the sea. After we checked in, we started with a fantastic lunch while we talked with other guests from many countries! Two were from Japan, a couple from Singapore and Thailand, a couple from Chile, one guy from the US, and an Aussie, all together we had 13 people in our group. Around 3.30pm we toured a huge cave named Sung Sot, this was an outstanding point of our trip! After the cave, We were supposed to do some kayaking, but I decided to jump into the water at floating village to swim and when I tried to climb up I cut my foot deeply and we decided to go to a hospital to get it looked at. So our tour Guide Nam suggested hiring a high speed Cano to transfer to the mainland and then we went to a clinic. There we saw a nurse to register, then I was asked to lay on a bed for patients and then a mid-aged woman came in and began preparing to clean the wound and sew it up as it required stitches. She gave me a shot to numb my foot while she cleaned it with alcohol, scraped it and then sewed it up. After an hour she finished wrapping it up, gave me some antibiotics and painkillers. I asked the tour guide to tell her thank you. She then asked where I was from and how I liked Vietnam, besides this incident, I told her it was great  So far I think my trip to Ha long bay is one of the best I’ve ever had!

We have been on this boat last month after long time considering the options what the tour agency gave us. We had 2 options as luxury and deluxe. We chose Halong Galaxy Cruise as Deluxe class and we weren't disappointed. Yes, the boat is a little old as overview. The cabin is large enough, nice amenities. The special here that the people on the boat. They are excellent. A lot of fun from them. The staff on the boat always try to support us whenever with smile. They are doing good job to make our holiday became great. Halong bay is fantastic.
