I have purchased a Ford Fiesta Titanium new 14 months ago and paid an extra £400 for a factory fitted Ford sat nav which in all this period has proved not fit for purpose despite three returns to the dealership because of failure to accept many post codes. I have now had to purchase a new TomTom unit to use in car and at only £99 is a far better product that gets it right on every journey. Fords can offer no solution to the problems i have found only empty excusses saying they are waiting a new sim card issue which is what they have been telling me for all the time that i have owned the car and have refused to pay my costs of the TomTom unit purchased. If your buying a new Ford think again before paying out extra cash for their failed sat nav.

What's this got to do with the sat nav failings ? and my other complaint would be with the uncomfortable seats.
