I had my Training with Francesca about a year ago which was good but I found her courses to be more marketing than substance. She is good at what she does but when I compared what we did with my friend who was trained by the larger companies, I was left feeling a little disappointed. I find the lashes are good quality but the glue is very slow drying and not very strong. The brand is very unknown and my business hasn't really taken off as I find clients get put off by a small not well known brand. I wish I had trained with the bigger companies and though I didn't want to do a poor review, I feel that this company is better off for professionals who are not looking for a large client base.
