“Good Value Eye Cream”

I have been using this eye cream for a few months now. I use it in the morning only as it has an SPF and it usually is not recommended to put an SPF at night. I can't say that it has helped me reduce the dark circles under my eyes but it certainly helps with tired look and puffiness. It also leaves the skin very smooth. For a couple of pounds you can't argue!
