First impressions, they say, last a long time. Well, often true; however certainly not on this occasion. Not when there are staff members like the one I've dealt with so far at Treatme, who care more about the satisfaction of their customers than otherwise. Something I genuinely wish most companies will take queue from. So yeah, My initial negative first impressions about treatme (due to something that wasnt even their fault in the first place) has now been turned around positively.
