My sister, my mum and I all received a gift voucher for Xmas from my dad. I tried to book a day for us altogether on the phone with Spa Breaks and they said I had to call back because I only had my voucher code. So I got the codes and rang back - first time i was told someone would call me back, 2nd time I was told I had come through to the wrong department and the operator hung up. “Lied about hotel and spa availability”

Contacted them about spa weekend, they told me that the hotel was fully booked, I asked for alternate dates to which they replied that it's all fully booked all the dates I gave and for the next 4 months in advance.. I rang them instead of emailing me and they said that they would check availability and call me back... 6 hours later no call back... I booked a 'Spa Reviver Package for 2', to include a 3 course 'a la carte' meal, 1 nights accomodation, breakfast and £35 each worth of treatments through for £149 (this included a £20 discount code that I used). The following day, I was contacted by Spa Breaks to say that the hotel had been in touch to advise that no meal would be included in the package. “I booked a spa day for myself and my other half,...”

I booked a spa day for myself and my other half, unfortunately she was then told she had to work on the day of the spa. I contacted spa breaks 2 weeks prior to the event to reschedule and was told of the £25 refund or cancellation fee. I explained that I wasn't cancelling just rebooking. They then proceeded to tell me the hotel charges them £25 for 'admin fees' So I contacted the hotel who denied any knowledge of charging spabreaks.
