I booked a 'Spa Reviver Package for 2', to include a 3 course 'a la carte' meal, 1 nights accomodation, breakfast and £35 each worth of treatments through for £149 (this included a £20 discount code that I used). The following day, I was contacted by Spa Breaks to say that the hotel had been in touch to advise that no meal would be included in the package. Visited the superb Wyndham Grand Hotel with their Blue Harbour Spa for a great spa day! Had no idea where to go in London so would recommend if you need some help deciding or would like a load of options to choose from. They kept to my budget… Read Full Review

I booked a spa day for myself and my other half, unfortunately she was then told she had to work on the day of the spa. I contacted spa breaks 2 weeks prior to the event to reschedule and was told of the £25 refund or cancellation fee. I explained that I wasn't cancelling just rebooking. They then proceeded to tell me the hotel charges them £25 for 'admin fees' So I contacted the hotel who denied any knowledge of charging spabreaks.
