My sister, my mum and I all received a gift voucher for Xmas from my dad. I tried to book a day for us altogether on the phone with Spa Breaks and they said I had to call back because I only had my voucher code. So I got the codes and rang back - first time i was told someone would call me back, 2nd time I was told I had come through to the wrong department and the operator hung up. I tried to email with all the details - so it was very clear - plus asked some questions about if special arrangements might need to be made because I will be 25 weeks pregnant when I visit. No reply. The last time I called they said it was all booked and I didn't need the other voucher codes at all. I was told I had been sent a booking confirmation email - I hadn't. It turned out they had taken my email address down incorrectly. I gave it to them again - I still - 3 days later have not received the email. At best the operators I spoke to have been disinterested and irritated sounding and at worst they have been rude. I find it very hard to believe that our booking has been made correctly. I will be double checking with the hotel. This is a lot of hassle to have to go to for a gift and a horrible way to be treated. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
