My wife and I received the gift of a voucher which took us to the Winnock Hotel in Drymen for High tea. Due to illness we could not take up the offer during the summer months as planned but booked instead for December. On arrival we were treated warmly and hospitably by staff and shown to our table in the main bar area beside a log fire which ticked all the right boxes on a cold winters afternoon. We were then served a feast of sandwiches,savouries,scones with jam and fresh cream,cakes and fresh strawberries. Too much for us and we left with a wee doggy bag to enjoy later. I would thoroughly recommend this to anyone as a gift or as a treat for yourself.
