my daughter booked 5*hotel and top Theatre tickets, for my 60th after booking they didn't send out confirmation, until I rang them weeks later. as it was the rugby week I guess there was no availability. so they booked the previous week we had already refused. having printed the tickets just before leaving. didn't notice the date was already past. red letter refuse to acknowledge they made the error because they don't record the conversation then they would have known it was their error.
so £500 down the drain. we will never book with them again.
