Made this booking with Red Letter vouchers received at Christmas.
Booking was very easy to manage and date availability very good.
Hotel was a beautiful 11th Century building with lots of beautiful features and wonderful gardens.
Hotel staff very friendly and helpful, our room was huge and tastefully decorated and very clean.
We pre booked massage treatment and used the spar facilities beforehand. The changing facilities were very dated but clean as was the pool area but everything was in working order.
We used the hotel restaurant for our evening meal, again we pre-booked this.
The food was very nice, well presented and hot. The staff friendly and helpful. Due to lack of other customers there was very little atmosphere but as we were staying mid week we didn't expect a full house.
overall a wonder experience.
