“Took money, provided nothing”

Be very aware of their arbitrary registration deadlines (9 months from purchase, for an experience that could be taken up to 2 years from date of purchase). Miss it, and they can insist on keeping your money in return for nothing. I offered to compensate them for any reasonable losses from my late registration in return for honouring the experience - they outright refused.

Nice business model - set an arbitrary registration deadline that a percentage of people will miss (Christmas present filed away anyone?), pure profit from those that do miss the deadline. My advice - book your experiences directly via a supplier who aren't so minded to screw their customers, to be honest there are better deals on the market in any case.

Avoid.
