We arrived on a Saturday morning to be greeted by the staff, their first instruction was "get in there and stick some overalls on" we were made to wear dirty, wet soiled boiler suits which were not good enough to wipe your feet on, then without any safety briefing what so ever they took us to their "shooting range" which I felt was a joke, it consisted of two air riffles, some red bull cans, some string, a metal box with some wonky targets and a riffle with faulty sights! He told us to aim higher because we should never rely of the sights of a gun his justification for this was "side wind" Pathetic!

Our next "adventure" was quad biking on some kids quad bikes we were told put some filthy helmets on by our female instructor with a extremely bad attiude, she told us some of the quads didn't have front brakes because it was dangerous (apparently) She then took us on to their off road track ( she deciided not wearing a helmet was the best way for her to set a good example) I was the last rider to go out with another instructor following me, two minutes in I was catapulted forwards because the instructor had rammed in to the back my quad on his quad, he apologised saying he had no brakes, unbelievable! Then one minute later he collided again with me apologising to me because he had no brakes at which point I was annoyed, I stopped my quad and told him not to ride so close and use his common sense!!!! Bearing in mind he is the instructor and I was the guest I was the one explaining to him how to act safe.

Finally we went to their paintball area we had to wait while the instructor had a smoke but we eventually got started after a brief instruction from some youth they then provided us with a mask that again was filthy, we were told if we wanted gloves we would have to pay cash to hire them, they didn't have my size. We also were told we had to pay £8 per 100 paintballs I had £24 worth which lasted 10 minutes!

If you are reading this you will be pleased to know that I had read the other reviews on here before I visited your site so I thought I would make my own mind up and review you in detail, I recorded the whole event on a covert camera fitted to my clothing ( i sell electronics for a living) I have just saved the video footage on to my computer hard drive and the highlights are:

1) Him smoking and saying ".... the law if I wanna smoke I'm gonna smoke"

2) Your female instructor not wearing appropriate safety clothing

3) Your female instructor showing us how the brakes did NOT work on your quad bikes

4) Your female instructor having a swearing tantrum at your customers

5) The two collisions from when your instructor ran into the back of the quad I was riding

6) Me asking you several times about your toilet facilities and your response

7) Foootage of your staff smoking and discussing their thoughts on your customers

8) Footage of your "cabin"

9) Several clips of him losing his temper and swearing a lot

10) And about two hours worth of general caos

My footage has already been sent to the Enviromental Health Agency and Consumer Direct

Finally Thank you to him and his staff for answering all of my questions honestly and allowing me to capture them on film!
