As part of a 50th birthday celebration weekend I took my sons and family friends to Delta Force Holmes Chapel. I must admit to being a bit apprehensive as I had personally never been before. But what a GREAT day. The registration was smooth, even though very busy. The safety briefing was clear and concise and the place litter free, all day. By the time we got into the 1st game zone the marshalls had put me at ease. They were incredible - totally focussed on both the safety of everyone but at the same time wanting everyone to have a good time. The equipment was faultless, the games zones brilliant.All of us had such a fantastic day: tired, dirty and some of us a bit sore, but just so pleased and content. The manager and all the staff deserve the highest praise - I just wish that I got the same service with all my other purchases. If you haven't been you've just got to get along to one.
