From initial phone enquiry to post event, I am very impressed. During my initial phonecall I was given all the details about a party and I was promised a follow up call to check that everything was ok. Call was duly followed up and once booked an email with party details was recieved. A phone call was then received two days before the party to confirm all arrangements.
The party day came and all the staff at Oakwood Centre were helpful and friendly. They were serious about safety and made my group of 11yr olds understand the consequences of non - compliance with safety rules.
Kids loved the party and as a bystander I loved the fact that I could get a hot cup of tea from a clean kitchen area throughout the day (FREE).
All staff worked hard at entertaining the kids as well as keeping the centre clean and tidy.
Brilliant party and worth every penny spent.
Only gripe is that some of the party had brought along free paintball tickets from previous parties but they could not be used because they were not pre booked.
