Do not buy this !! Paid £84 for this , should've been £159 through wowcher . Firstly Bannatynes had the nerve after booking to phone me and ask if I wanted an upgrade , upgrade to what exactly when my voucher value was supposed to be worth £159 ??? Then when we get there were told we are late , booking for 12.45 and arrived at 12.30 ? Being late apparently meant we missed our Swedish scalp massage and ended up with a 15 min back neck and shoulder massage each ! And that was our treatments finished ! Was so angry there was no way I was staying to use any of the facilities. Rest assured Wowcher and Bannatynes will also be hearing from me . Absolute rip off
