I received a theatre voucher as a gift (branded as "Gift Ideas for Two") that is proving impossible to use. Upon validating the voucher, I received an email, with a list of 34 "suppliers"'which are all identical - the Ambassador Theatre Group, with one phone number and no other contact details. Upon phoning this number (for which you will be charged), you get placed in a queue. Eventually you get diverted to an answer phone and asked to leave a message. It does not matter what time you ring. What happens to all those unredeemed vouchers? Easy profit for Inactivity Superstore, I guess.
