Easy To Use, No Problems At All

My girlfriend bought me a voucher to spend a "Day With An Equine Vet" as part of my 50th birthday.
I found it very easy to redeem my voucher a had my day on 10th June 2014. The only place this activity takes place is in Doncaster, but this is highlighted on the website so we had no nasty surprises in relation to this, and had 3 days away as we live in Surrey.
On arrival (8.30am) at the veterinary centre I received a friendly greeting from the advisor and was pleased to find that they were expecting me. Other members of the admin staff arrived and all were similarly friendly and chatty.
The vet I spent my day with arrived and introduced himself and explained some of the visits I would be accompanying him to, and what I could expect and we left just after 9am.
I can't praise the pet highly enough as he was great company throughout the whole day, introduced me to his clients, explained what he was doing and why at each visit, and I "mucked in" on many of the visits with things like holding up saline drip bags while he dealt with a mare who had unfortunately had a still born the a couple of days previously, steadying horses by holding one hoof off the ground while the vet carried out his work, and assisting and holding x-ray plates against all 4 of a horse's legs and hock's while he took the x-rays (radiation coat was provided).
We didn't arrive back at the veterinary centre till 6.30pm, so it was a full day.
We had lunch on the run at a burger van due to time constraints which I wasn't bothered about but I would advise you to take a packed lunch if that's not your thing.
Due to the nature of his work, don't expect to be travelling round in a spotless vehicle and definitely wear boots and outdoor type clothing.
I had a fab day as I love horses and found the day extremely interesting and fun.
I have no hesitation in recommending this activity, and I found the company (Activity Superstore) very easy to deal with.
