Hi, if you are unlucky to recieve a weekend break for two voucher, be warned it it most difficult to book hotels, as soon as you tell them you have vouchers, they are either fully booked until October, or have no availability under the scheme.
Yet when you ring directly they are ever so helpful, have whatever room you ask for, and if it is not avialble will try to assist you with something else......until you mention the vouchers and then it all goes downhill again.
It is a shame when people giving you gift do not know that you will be treated as a 2nd class customer with these vouchers, I suggest you give them a cheque or cash instead at least they will be treated well.
Be warned and if you are intending to buy this as a gift avoid like the plague.
