I was brought a Truck experience day at Chobham Longcross, Surrey from my girlfriend, she got it through www.exelement.co.uk and had no problems in the booking process. Helpful call staff and quick and easy to book a time slot. Other than that the only other good thing I have to say about my day is that my instructor Celia was lovely and very helpful. I turned up on time to register and was then pressured into buying added insurance for £25 (which I didnt get) then my experience started. I was greeted by Celia and taken to the Lorry. Had picture outside the lorry with my son (picture showed at 12:32pm on my camera) then we all got in as my girlfriend and son came in the cab with me which was good. I had a VERY quick briefing before starting her up. Followed the obstacles etc that were set out and enjoyed learning how to move the 55ft Lorry, but just as I was getting used to this I was told to drive back to the beginning as my experience was over. Not impressed. I had a picture with my son sitting by the wheel straight after I stopped the lorry (this showed as 12:51 on my camera) ... therefore it was over in 19 minutes. NOT HAPPY!! When my girlfriend booked it she was told the experience would last 2 hours. From start to finish I was at the track for 34 mins. Total waste of money. Wouldn't recommend it at all and definately won't be using 6th gear again
