very poor experience at disneyland paris

disappoint experience, can not be compared to disneyland orlando, california or tokyo.
- hard to find the attractions just looking at the maps
- lady restroom did not have soap to wash the hands
- few people working at attractions/shops and restaurants
- waiting times indicated in the attractions did not correspond to real waiting time (one of them said 20 minutes, took 45 minutes)
- waiting lines did not provide air conditioned or ventilation
- four (!) attractions simply broked in the day of the visit:Toy Store, Indiana Jones, Space Mountain and Aerosmith. Two of them while we were in the middle of the atraction! Poor maintanance??
- worker called Sofhie, at Space Mountain, realy rude with the guests, do not prepared to work with public

Overall very poor experience, Disneyland Paris is not the same as other Disney parks that we have already visited. We know France is in a terrible recession but Disney group should pay attention to not harm its reputation
