My wife rang up two days ago to request a viewing of a £350,000 property on Anglesey which would be a no chain cash purchase. They took all our details including phone and email details and since then we have heard nothing, absolutely zero.
If I was a house seller, I would be very wary of that sort of service.

We have a record of a viewing on this property (£345,000) which was requested this week (apologies, however this review has been posted anonymously and so it's not possible to ascertain exactly who it is that this issue relates to).

Despite attempts to contact the owner, they were unavailable for two days and did not respond to our messages. However they contacted us today (Friday 12th) and we then were able to confirm the viewing earlier today.

I'm very sorry that it took 48 hours for this to happen however in such instances we are of course in the hands of the owner to accommodate viewings. If they are unavailable then, regretfully, it is not always possible to confirm appointments instantly.

Despite attempts to contact the owner, they were unavailable for two days and did not respond to our messages. However they contacted us today (Friday 12th) and we then were able to confirm the viewing with Mrs Wright earlier today.

I am currently selling through yourselves, and whilst I appreciate what you have written above, leaving a potential buyer without any update for 48 hours leaves a bit to be desired in my view. Keeping people informed is of paramount importance to the service you provide,
