People who work in the Southampton main office are careless and their customer service skills are equal to customer skills of 5 year old child.
ONE BIG B....KS !
I was waiting over 3 months for a new oven and over 2 months for an electric shower. Calls and email were pointless.
Moreover at the end of our agreement they reduced my deposit without any prior notification.
Try to avoid this agency if you can.

they have also charged me 114£ for the inventory check once I have moved out.
