We rented our first property through this company last year. On first thoughts staff seemed nice & polite and felt like we were getting a good deal .. that is until after we signed all the paper work and paid the deposit then they dropped the bomb shell of the deposit they wanted! WAYY overpriced.
Then they messed us around with paper work which they "forgot" to get us to sign making me take time off work to go in and get it signed!
Once we moved in the problems kept on coming -

* Trouble with neighbours which they were well aware of but forgot to mention it until after we moved in - this caused many a meeting with the police.

* The property had a serious black mould & leak problem rang the maintance dept and was constantly fobbed off with excuses and my calls & emails were never returned! My partner ended up being ill from it and all our belongings were ruined. - they couldnt care less. Apparently landlord didnt want to fix the issue even though it clearly states in the contract which he signed that hes responsible!

* staff were extreamly un-professional and lied.

They refused to send our deposit back for months giving me constant excuses and as soon as i threatened to take them to court within hours they had replied and were releasing our deposit.

WORST customer service i have ever encountered I wouldnt ever use again or reccomend to anyone! STAY WELL CLEAR!!!!
