i used your move to sell my property,i asked if there were any hidden charges,was only told how much your move would get when the property ,was sold was not told of any withdrawal fee,my property was on the market for around 8month,i did not get one viewing,i rang your move they said you my need to drop the price,so i did twice,it got to the stage where i was giving it my property away so i took it of the market now they want 300 pounds of me withdrawal fee which i was not told about at all,this is very bad they want money for doing nothing and misleading people,i told the recovery department i was going to see someone about it, they said i signed the form and have to pay,i was not told i was signing for a withdral fee,dont know how theses people sleep at night it,s terrible.
