Worst Estate Agent in Barnsley - William H Brown

My house has been up for sale for 3 years with William Brown and has had 2 interested viewings. In those viewings the clients did not know what they were viewing as the property had not been sold to them as it was.

Their telephone sales person is rude and makes no attempt to sell the house. I got a friend to ring up and seem like she was interested and the sales person actually convinced her to look at different houses as she said there was her and her boyfriend only so they said wouldn't you prefer a 2 bedroomed house.

The property has a large garden and front parking for at least 5 cars is a strong point. She mentioned she had a dog and asked about the garden and the telephone sales person said well, it is kind of big but your big and my big may be totally different. No attempt was made to encourage or show any enthusiasm.

Immediately after they rang her back and tried to interest her in other properties before arranging a viewing for my property.

Absolutely the worst service and company. Save your money, go somewhere else and do not make the same mistake as I have and be stuck. (oh yes, there is small print and they want to charge me £500 for taking the property off the market and £400 for their solicitor charges - who have done absolutely nothing!)
