We have recently sold our house with William H Browns and i wish i had never bothered. The feedback from viewings was all the same and i once was given the truth by one agent and was lied to by another. They have screwed up the final invoice and we are now been chased for £480 for the hips as they didnt forward the invoice to the solicitior. We never got the fees in wrighting we were under the impression it was a % but have been told it was an agreed £1672 for a £81500 sale and to make it worse they have added vat! There morgage provider was so aggressive it scared me and calling me in an evening as we had got a better deal elsewhere was bad practice. we struggled to get it advertised in the local paper and to be honerst threatened to pull it from the market then they start with removal fees. They are a bad example to the estate agents market and would use a small local firm if there is a next time. SO BE WARNED!!
