Be warned, this company is thriving because of its lawyrs not its services. You will be talked into signing their 15 page terms and conditions booklet on the spot in your first visit. This contains non-standard, tie-in clauses hidden in small print. This means, wheather you like it or not they can milk you for years to come and there is no going back. Many landlords have ended up in court.
They will play down the contents until signing is done then they draw and file away the document. You will have to ask formally for a copy.
To find you a tenant, this agency will charge you 5 months rent (2 now, 3 later).If you haggle, you will see behind their sham friendliness, how ruthless they suddenly become.
