This has been my first and will be my last use of townends letting services. I have endured complete negligence the moment after the offer was accepted and deposit was taken. Communication between Townends and their clients is weak at best. We are now in a position where all pre-tenency documentation and security deposit, first months rent, admin fees, inventory cost and reference cost have to be paid within 1 working day - an impossible task. How the company can get away with such shocking service baffles me. I will make it my business to see that Townends recieves very little business from the University of Surrey students from now on.

I am very keen to resolve the issues you have highlighted in your recent posting. If your issue is a genuine one, then I would ask again that you make contact with us in order that we have a chance to investigate your issues further. Otherwise I would ask that you remove your negative post as our reputation is exceptionally important to us.
