When we moved into a thornly groves property we were promised numerous things would be fixed such as the very worn sofas and dirty walls and kitchen. This never happened. Their maintenance is terrible, we rang on numerous occasions, once when our flat got water damaged from the flat above flooding, the washing machine flooding our flat ect. Not once did we receive assistant.
We are now moving and they want to charge us £40 for a reference for our new flat, even the new estate agents were shocked at this money grabbing.
Their service is appalling and all they do is money grab!
