I thought it was too good to be true. you'll advertise, find me a new tenant and do all the checks and tenany agreement for me, for free. But it wasnt. Excellent quick, efficient and genuinely free letting service. Doing my own viewings was the only downside but i only had to do 3 so happy days. (read more)

If anyone is looking to rent out there property quickly, efficiently and cheaper than their high street letting agent, then I would highly recommend Tenants4U.
