I was in quite a hurry to rent my property as I was moving abroad the following week. I was recommended tenants4u.com by a close friend who told me they are an online letting agency, who cut out all the extreme fees that high street letting agents charge and do the same job better and twice as quick. I seen my property online on all the big search websites like rightmove and findaproperty.com on the Monday, by the Tuesday afternoon/Wednesday morning I had the helpful staff at tenants4u sending me updates via email, text and phone calls of the interest surrounding my property. I had 3 viewings from the Wednesday - Friday and by the Friday afternoon I had found the perfect tenants.
Then the help and guidance I received after that, reference all the things I had to do and put in place to rent out the property from the staff at tenants4u was incredible.
After the property was rented and the tenants moved in, they were still in contact to see if there was anything else they could assist with and if everything was ok, these little touches of class shows a great business run by professional people.
I will be using them again in the future and have already recommended them to all my friends and family who are thinking about renting there property.
Overall from start to finish, I was completely satisfied with the whole letting experience.
