We were looking for a property in the South West and of course, Stags came up more times than not. It was therefore necessary to use Stags details when searching for properties - a mistake!
Stags seems to be employing a poet/copywriter/spin-doctor/comedian, for to believe their various property details, one would suppose that the properties (around 500k) were all simply marvelous, tremendous etc.
Simple things such as a small area of woodland (quarter acre or less), described as 'Parkland'. No mention of houses being semi-detached or as the new parlance goes 'attached' Photos taken such that you do not see what you need to see. Google or other aerial map references showing arrows pointing to vaguely defined locations, directions that leave you watching your petrol gauge more than the property - pathetic!
The end result, is that you spend days rummaging through tedious, non-informative dribble, driving hundreds of miles (until you wise-up), all to the benefit of this poor excuse for an estate agency.
